BEDY Flight is an airline registered on the Caribbean island of Saint Vincent since 2020 whose objective is to connect families throughout the Caribbean and offer air service to businessmen and professionals, thus contributing to economic growth within the region.

BEDY Flight provides an efficient, reliable and safe service. It offers its customers entertainment and comfort, two objectives that it adds to its services and that the company expects will contribute to its success. BEDY Flight will eventually expand and will be able to operate long-haul flights. Provision of inter-island passenger and light cargo flight services.

BEDY Oceanline
It is a maritime company incorporated in Saint Lucia that encompasses two business lines:
Ferrys
With a fleet of 4 ferries of different sizes that will connect the Caribbean islands with Central America. The ferries have a total capacity for 3,600 daily passengers and 820 vehicles, operating on 4 different routes and with offices in 16 destinations in 16 countries.
Services
The operation would focus on providing the following services covering the entire Caribbean Region and the coastal areas of America;
- Passenger service,
- Courier and light load
- Vehicle transport
- Others, on-board shopping and gift shop, restaurant / catering service, Internet services and advertising
Routes
The operations would be subdivided into four different routes that are interconnected to provide coverage to the entire Caribbean region, including the Caribbean coastal areas of America.
The 4 routes that would be established in phases in a period of 18 months are the following;
- ROUTE 1 – Trinidad, Granada, Saint Vincent, Saint Lucia and Barbados
- ROUTE 2 – Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Anguilla, St. Kitts and Antigua
- ROUTE 3 – Antigua, Guadalupe, Dominica, Martinique and Saint Lucia.
- ROUTE 4 – Suriname, Guyana, Trinidad and Barbados
These fast ferries will be comfortable technologically advanced catamarans. They operate with optimized performance, fuel efficiency and a high rating for passenger comfort that truly delivers the next generation transportation solution.
BEDY Oceanline Shipping
The Operation will begin with a Multiservice Ship in a first stage, which would efficiently serve Trade between the easttern Caribbean Islands from Panama with Superior Shipping Services LTD in St Lucia (HUB), as a principal agent. A second Container Ship will be trading for the expanding services to the rest of the Caribbean Islands creating interconnections with the Caricom Islands to facilitate trade between these nations to solve the shipping problem that currently exists in this region.
HUB in Panama
Regarding the ships, the first one is a Multiservice ship because it is a container ship and can load in bulk, with a capacity of 252 containers (20 feet and 40 feet) it would serve between the islands of Saint Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Trinidad, Dominica, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Antigua and Saint Vincent.
At the end of October 2022, another container ship with the capacity to transport 600 containers will be incorporated to supply from Panama, with stops in Jamaica, the Dominican Republic and ending in Saint Lucia, roaming that would be completed twice a month.
