ALLIANCE CARIBBEAN and the users, for the resolution of any controversy that may arise, with respect to its validity, execution, compliance or resolution, total or partial, submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that, where appropriate, could correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Castries capital.
